Please park in the front or along the side of the building. Rear parking lot is not available.

We'll provide some bottled water and some short breaks.

Please wear clothes that you can easily roll up and footwear you can easily remove. If you want to learn about fire tending please bring work gloves and closed footwear.

Workshop starts promptly at 6:00 PM. e-Ticket and completed waiver required.

Fire lit at about 7:00 PM.

Fire walk about 9:00 PM.

You can walk multiple times. You are also under no obligation to walk.

Event Description

We'll start the workshop with our workbooks, which will capture our pre-firewalk thoughts and conceptions about ourselves from the past, especially our childhoods.

In a warm and supportive group setting, we'll share some of the things we wrote down. This will create a powerful connection, reminding us that we are not alone in our journey. We are here at the firewalk to grow together, supporting each other every step of the way.

We'll talk about "I'm not enough." and what a perfect lie it is.

Acceptance and gratefulness. How often do we overlook these simple things in life.

Through the practice of mindfulness and the transformative act of fire walking, we are offered a unique opportunity to be completely present in the moment. We'll delve into the illusions of the past and future, paving the way for personal growth and self-improvement.

We'll explore life's balance through yin and yang and make an offering to the fire to help us improve that balance.

For those interested, we'll teach some of the basics of fire tending and helping the wood reduce to coals for us to walk on.

After we walk, we'll share our experiences and celebrate! This is a moment of triumph, a testament to our collective courage in facing our fears together. 

You will want to attend this celebration.
