Connection. We have needed it since birth to survive. Every day, we are bombarded by devices, obligations, and people, and to escape, we distract ourselves even more by scrolling or watching short videos, shows, video games, or movies.
What are we distracting ourselves from? I think a majority of it falls into two categories: our emotions and that harsh inner voice that tells us we aren't enough, there's something wrong with us, that we're too fat, ugly, stupid—the list is endless.
During our workshop, we'll begin the difficult journey of facing that inner critic. As we share this short time together, we'll realize that we are not alone with our thoughts and that we are not unique.
We'll learn to connect with each other, the fire, the present moment, and ourselves.
To seal the deal, we'll have a ten-foot firewalk! It's a chance to say "No!" to that critical voice and do something that changes your life forever.
