Facing the Inner Critic Workshop and Firewalk

We learn to identify and draw edges around our inner critical voice (inner critic). As we work through the workbook and presentation we start to chip away at some patterns that we often had since childhood.

Later, we go outside, build a massive fire, connect with each other, the fire, and the present moment.

Then when the fire is ready. We leave some of our old beliefs and habits behind. We take our first steps across red hot coals into the present moment.
